Jasmine Interiors & Fit-Out is a division of Jasmine Import & Export, based in Istanbul. Our work is to stand in your place inside the Turkish factory: to search, to negotiate, to inspect, and to carry responsibility for what we put in front of you.

The short version

We started from a problem we know from both sides

We spent years exporting from Türkiye to Arab markets, and saw the same scene repeat: an importer pays up front against photographs, then discovers on arrival that what came is not what was agreed. The problem is rarely the factory's intent — it is that nobody stood inside it to check.

So we decided that would be precisely our work: to be your eyes in the factory. We do not sell you goods from our own stock, and we do not take a hidden margin on the factory price. We work on a commission agreed in advance, and our interest is in you coming back rather than in winning once.

Why us

These are not general promises. Every line is something we actually do on every shipment.

Goods arrive different from the sample you approved.

We inspect and photograph the goods before loading, so you see what you bought before it leaves the factory.

You want to try a new item in a small quantity, and no factory will take the order.

We consolidate items from several factories into one shipment, so you can test without committing to a full container per item.

You are looking for a specific product and your supplier cannot find it.

We look for it on the ground. Many Turkish factories have no online presence at all.

The factory does not reply, or negotiation stalls at the language barrier.

We negotiate in Turkish and follow up daily, and deal with the factory face to face when it matters.

A shipment sits at the port over a missing specification or certificate.

We review the destination market's conformity requirements before shortlisting a factory — not after you have paid.

You cannot tell what the middleman is actually taking on top of the factory price.

We work on a commission agreed in advance. Nothing hidden is added to the factory price.
